ServiceFactor Mobile assists in boosting cash flow by generating an invoice automatically during service and enabling technicians to process payments on-site. When a technician receives service call information, they also access customer notes, history, and equipment details at the site. The technician can update their dispatch status, input material and flat rate repairs used (if applicable) for the specific equipment involved. All work can be authorized by capturing a customer's signature before executing recommended repairs, with an option to create a quote for the customer. In cases where the quoted work is not approved, the quote will be sent back to the office automatically, generating a record in the system for future action. Upon completion of the job, finalize the work order by receiving payment (if applicable) and obtaining the customer's signature on the invoice or work order. All data, including customers' signatures confirming and accepting the work, will synchronize back to the office, updating your system.
